| Comments: | Published in 1754 (in London) as the 6th of 12 harpsichord sonatas in the collection, "Sonate di Gravicembalo." A later edition added dynamics (f and p) to adapt the piece for the new Pianoforte. The second movement is also known as "Toccata in A" and frequently appears in piano recitals as an encore. Paradisi lived in London 1746-1770 during which time he anglicized his name to "Pier Domenico Paradies." This NoteWorthy file uses a non standard font.
