Comments:All in a Garden Green appeared in the original, 1651, edition of "The Dancing Master" (originally titled "The English Dancing Master").
The tune was typed in from "The complete Country Dance Tunes from Playford's Dancing Master", Edited by Jeremy Barlow and published by Faber Music (1985). The other parts were written by myself.
