Full name of work:Piano Concerto in F - Second Movement
Composer:Darby, Bob (1947- ), English
Music category:Classical
Instruments:Piano & Orchestra
Name of file creator:Bob Darby
e-mail address:bob "at" per-nefer "dot" net
Running time:00:10:16
Comments:The slow movement begins with a quiet chilling intro sequence on the violins leading to the strident main subject on the piano. A middle section starting low in the bassoons and double basses lead to a short but demanding cadenza returning to the main subject at full blast but fading to nothing.
