Comments: | This is a single movement piece in more-or-less sonata form, although with a rather truncated development section which reappears as the coda. There are a number of different moods it develops which made it rather difficult to find an appropriate name. But then each section more or less developed from previous in an impromptu fashion rather than as a overall plan, so Impromptu seems as good a title as any. |
