|Comments:||For 8 years I led an ensemble of instruments mostly of my invention, open plucked strings, various xylophones, tuned in a just intonation of my own devising. This piece is one of the later pieces and it works pretty well in midi so you can get an idea of the sound(s).|
The ensemble was made up of primarily non-musicians who could not read traditional notation, so I generally tuned all the strings for them and the scores/parts were in numerical notation similar to Gamelan notation for Westerners.
