A rock-style song written for a brass section backing the singer along with the rhythm section. The theme of this song is the current public liabilty insurance problem which is causing small businessess, associations, and rural events to be closed down. This being caused by high preminums on public liability.
The public liability insurance covers people who injure themselves on the property of a small business, association, etc. Currently there have been various scams that have occured which involved people faking injuries, and even claiming money for a minor injury such a simple scratch. This is all because of a loophole in the system. As well as this, when someone puts a claim in and wins, the insurance premium goes up. This eventually leads to small business owners going broke, preventing them from being able to continue trading, and eventually leads to them to fold.
