Modify Tempos
Choose either existing and requested duration for the song, a factor to change tempos, or a factor to change duration. You may tab out of the last required instead of
Submit
.

Cut
the staff with tempos and mpc tempos to the following area, enter times or a factor, then Submit.
Copy
to the clipboard (it has already been selected) then paste it back.
Factor used:
Copy the above to your clipboard and paste it into the staff you cut open in
NoteWorthy Composer
