This is the eleventh and last of Brahms's Zigeunerlieder (Gypsy Songs), Opus 103, for vocal quartet and piano, dating from 1887.
The text says:
"Red evening clouds pass by in the firmament;/
my heart burns longingly for you, my darling./
The sky beams in glowing splendor,/
and I dream, by day and night,/
only of my sweet lover."/
