The Maltese title is a free translation of Psalm 23. The hymn tune "The Lord is my Shepherd" based on "Crimond" is credited to David Grant, an amateur musician, However it was claimed that Grant was not the composer but simply in receipt of the music to help harmonize it for the true composer Jessie Irvine, although it is still disputed by some.
