The Zip file contains the four NWC music files and four MS Word (DOC) files with the lyrics.
The lyric files are useful for preparing program notes, as they give the authors' original lyrics to the songs. Original lyrics are not easy to extract from the music score, because of repeating and rephrasing of musical passages.
