The second movement is something of a tour de force, a bit of a spoof of twelve-tone music, once so highly applauded as the music of the future (i.e., twentieth century). How frequently we hear these days the great music of Schoenberg, Webern, and Berg! Anyway, the movement is more or less a twelve-tone fugue, which actually doesn't come off too badly I think.
Formwise, the third movement is a full-fledged minuet, but in two-four time (I still need NWC to provide double-sided decorated repeat barlines).
And the last movement, in sonata form, is a recap of all.
